Desert Ridge Tornado

Tornado in Phoenix was set to expire around 10pm MST. Well, before it expired, we had it go from a watch to a warning. A warning means a tornado is eminent.

A tornado is not something you hear of everyday in Arizona, but we have touchdown tonight around 8:30 MST. The twister hit in Scottsdale, and it caused damage at a shopping complex, Desert Ridge Marketplace. That shopping complex is located at 101 and Tatum.

The storm has been heading east since that time. Check out this updated news report earlier tonight from 3TV.
