Halloween Costume Ideas for College Students 2009
Halloween in college on a Saturday is an opportunity for one amazing party night – if you have the right costume. Below are my favorite Halloween costumes ideas for college students this year. As you’ll see, I am a big fan of duo and group costumes.
Beyonce and the Single Ladies (group of girls/guys or mixed): This costume will be such a hit at the party especially if you can convicnce some guys to dress up in leotards. If you can learn the Single Ladies dance. You will dominate whatever Halloween party you go to.
Nadya Suleman (Octomom) and her 8 Babies: You can do this costume alone with a bunch of cheap baby dolls or you can get 8 other people to dress as the babies (way funnier). You just need one Octomom who wears jeans, a v neck shirt with big boobs, an elvira wig, and big lips (drawn with lipliner or get those fake lips). You can add a 10th person to the mix and have someone else dress as Jon Gosselin who Octomom claims to have a crush on. Your Jon Gosselin just needs baggy jeans, Ed Hardy tee, backwards hat, cool shades.
True Blood Characters: You can do this costume with a few girls and have them dress as as the waitresses at Merlottes. You just need cute gym shorts, tight white tee with homemade Merlottes logo (you can also buy these online and at Newbury Comics stores), waitressing apron, bottle of true blood and maybe a few fake vampire bites.
Twilight Characters in New Moon: Do the Bella/Edward/Jacob love triangle and have the one guy in jean cutoffs and a werewolf mask, one guy dressed as an angsty teen vamp with crazy hair and vampire fangs, and then one girl next door (hoodie and jeans).
