SWV to release a new album in 2010
There is a good news for all fans who missed SWV songs playing on the radio. SWV (Sisters With Voices) is all set to release a fifth studio album this year, 2010. On June 24, 2008 SWV made a special appearance at the BET Awards 2008 and performed Weak with Alicia Keys. They even sang the chorus of TLC’s Waterfalls.
SWV is an American trio from New York consisting of friends: Cheryl Gamble, Tamara Johnson and Leanne Tyons. Leanne Tyons was the fonder of the group. The group sent a five song demo to record labels in the US. Very Soon they were signed to a record deal with the RCA records in 1992.
SWV songs, lyrics were liked by one and all especially songs like Weak, Right Here/Human Nature and I’m so into you.
The group disbanded in 1999 to start solo projects but reunited in 2005.
