Philadelphia Eagles Swoop Up Michael Vick
Let the booing begin — Michael Vick has officially been signed by an NFL team.
Vick’s agent told ESPN the quarterback/canine’s worst nightmare just signed a two-year deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Details of the deal have yet to be released, but you can bet the doghouse he won’t reclaim his spot as the NFL’s highest paid player.

Mark Buehrle's Perfect Game
On April 18, 2007, Mark Buehrle pitched a no-hitter against the Rangers. Today he joined two very short lists, that of pitchers who have thrown more than one no-hitter, and the list of pitchers who have thrown a perfect game as the White Sox defeated the Tampa Bay Rays 5-0 in a game that lasted a mere 2:03. Here is the boxscore for your viewing pleasure. But what you REALLY want to watch is this– leading off the 9th inning, Dewayne Wise made an absolutely unbelievable catch above the center-field wall, especially given the situation, to rob the Rays’ Gabe Kapler of a homerun. This is why I enjoy baseball so much.
